LaGarden, at first, was intended to be like a standard eCommerce project providing pretty standard web store functionality.
The idea was to trade lots of goods provided by one big supplier. Then our client realized it's too hard to maintain all goods manually to keep them in actual state. Price and availability were the main sources of change, but there were others as well.
That's why our client decided to create a custom solution allowing him to keep all goods in an actual state as easy as possible, ideally make it fully automatic.
Get actual goods information from the supplier automatically regularly.
Track orders processing to handle any unexpected situations.
Provide a set of specialized reports to represent financial information and identify problem orders and trends.
We provided all the services of the full application lifecycle to the client. To get all actual goods data from the supplier, we built a custom API solution utilizing existing supplier API. The automatic update process was organized to get all changes and keep all versions of goods data for complex order processing.
Our team created advanced orders tracking features providing all essential information required to make processing smooth. In case there were any signs of an emergency, the client got prompt notifications and addressed them.
The complex financial report and problem orders report were created to show the client his company financial condition and problems analytics.
